Please carefully read our Returns, Exchange, and Shipping Policies.

RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind on your purchase, you may return your product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To return your product, the product must be new, unused, and must be in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, account history, or gift receipt).
We only accept returns via post.
1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.
2. Find your order/receipt number on your Reform Beauty account.
3. Email info@reform-beauty.com and include your order/receipt number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
4. Package the product and send through your local Post Office using a tracked service to ensure the product arrives safely to the address provided below.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect and send an email to you notifying the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. Your bank may take further 3-5 days to clear funds back into your account.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

EVENT GIFTS
If you have won or received a gift with your purchase and decide you want to return the product, you must return the gift in its new, unused state, and in its original packaging. In the event your product is returned without the gift, we will send you an email requesting for the gift to be returned prior to refund processing. In the event the gift is not returned within 5 days of request, we may choose to deduct the retail price of the gift from your total refund amount. This policy has been included to prevent anyone from abusing our event gifting system and protecting our customers’ interest (i.e. affecting our customers’ chance of being gifted).

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you find that your product is faulty or damaged, you will be eligible for an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you would like us to exchange your product:
1. Email info@reform-beauty.com and include your order/receipt number, photographs, and description of the fault(s) or damage(s).
2. Package the product and send through your local Post Office using a tracked service to ensure the product arrives safely to the address provided below.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect and investigate the cause of fault and/or damage. Upon completion, we will send an email to you notifying the approval or rejection of your exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing exchanges.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Any product return(s) and exchange(s) are to be mailed to: 23B Seacrest Drive, West Harbour, Auckland 0618, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any return(s) and exchange(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event we appoint a shipping company and arrange the return shipping for you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping to ensure product safely arrives to the given address. We may not be held liable for any product returns or exchanges that have been lost.
